Access to the White Pants BTC Club collection catalogue is limited to approved collectors. Any request for access or acquisition is subject to review and does not constitute an offer or guarantee.

Works are issued as Bitcoin-native inscriptions. Ownership of a work is defined by possession of the corresponding digital asset, in a manner consistent with the acquisition of fine art. Physical counterparts, where applicable, are included only when expressly stated.

All transactions are final. Responsibility for wallet management and access remains with the collector.

All artworks and related materials remain the intellectual property of Home Made Game. Acquisition does not include rights of reproduction or commercial use unless explicitly agreed.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. No representation is made regarding future value or liquidity.

Home Made Game reserves the right to grant, refuse, or withdraw access at its discretion.
